Document level actions (drop down)

You can also perform various actions at document level. If you check a document in one of the libraries, you can open a drop-down menu with the three dots behind the document. From this drop-down you can perform various actions. We list them briefly:

• open a document
• download a document
• copy a document
• approve a document
• make a document visible to another security group of users (e.g. service)
• delete a document
• view the version history of a document
• update the metadata of a document
